Domestic Shipping Policy
All T-shirts are processed Within 2-5 business days. Weekends and holidays are not considered shipping or delivery days.
We ship from a network of international distribution centers. Depending on the warehouse, demand, and current supply, you may receive your purchase in as little as three days; the usual shipping period is five to twelve days. For some goods, the delivery may take between 14 and 28 business days in the United States, or longer in other countries. Unless otherwise specified in the product description, shipping will take the expected time. Alternate shipping estimates are available on the product description page.
Certain goods may require additional handcrafting work before delivery, which will add a few days to the shipping time. More considerations include strong demand, significant vacations, different size options, and additional features or personalization.
International Shipping
Our items are available for shipment to the majority of nations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary according to on goods and country. Kindly contact us for further details.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with your tracking number (s). Within 24 hours, the tracking number will become active.
CUSTOM FEE'S
Salsa Me is not liable for any customs or taxes that may be imposed on Your Order. All expenses incurred during or after shipment are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes).
In the unlikely event that customs retain an item and require the rates to pay a tax, the customer is liable for any additional rates incurred. Although this has not yet occurred, Salsa Me maintains the right to safeguard itself against any unanticipated changes in the legislation.
Damages
Salsa Me is not responsible for any items that are damaged or lost in transit. If Your Order was damaged in transit, please contact the cargo carrier to register a claim.
Before making a claim, please save all packaging materials and damaged merchandise.
